1. General policy
Feroxbuster Pro licenses, renewals, and add-ons are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where refund rights are required by applicable law.
2. What delivery means
Delivery means successful payment followed by account or license fulfillment, including making the purchased entitlement available in the customer portal or related licensing workflow.
3. No revocation-based promises
We do not promise that refunds depend on technical revocation of downloaded binaries, issued keys, or offline activation artifacts. Operational controls may change account or entitlement status, but they are not the basis for whether a refund is available.
4. Requesting a refund review
If you believe a charge was incorrect or a refund is required by law, contact contact@feroxbuster.pro with the order details so we can review the request.
